An Opportunity to Lead a Growing Highland Charity
Centred is now seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to guide the organisation through its next stage of development.
The successful candidate will combine strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of the third sector, particularly within commissioned health and social care services. They will provide strategic leadership, oversee financial planning and organisational performance, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of the charity while remaining committed to improving the lives of people across the Highlands.
Reflecting on the qualities required for the role, David said:
"Given the financial challenges facing the sector, it is essential to recognise the need for strong financial understanding, alongside an appreciation of the pressures within the third sector and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others."
The Chief Executive Officer vacancy will be advertised next month, with the successful candidate expected to take up the position by late summer or early autumn.
If you're an experienced leader looking to make a lasting difference to communities across the Highlands, this could be an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of the region's leading mental health and wellbeing charities.
The role will be advertised starting next month (August 2026), with the hope that a new CEO will be in place by late summer or early autumn.
