With nearly 6 million customers visiting the Centre per year, Eastgate has a large and loyal catchment (minimal leakage due to its geographical location).
Inverness is the UK’s most northerly city with a primary catchment of approx. 153 thousand people, and a wider catchment of approx. 304 thousand, it remains one of the fastest-growing cities in the UK.
Over the past decade, Inverness city centre has experienced significant growth and is poised for continued development, particularly arising from the growth in tourism to the area. The Inverness and Loch Ness area has seen continued growth in visitor numbers, increasing by 22% on pre-pandemic levels to 1.7 million people in 2023.
With the high conversion of footfall to sales, Eastgate is home to retailers such as White Stuff, Select, Fat Face, Next and Sostrene Greene, a Food Hall (Scran Kitchen & Café) and other eateries such as Starbucks, Costa, Pizza Express, Subway, and Burger King.

Commercialisation
There are six indoor sites offering flexibility for a variety of events, including sales promotions, roadshows, new product launches, sampling events, data capture, workshops, and demonstrations. Standard mall space areas range from 2m x 2m to 4m x 3m, and on request, we can provide tables, chairs, and power.
Retail Merchandising Units (RMUs)
Highly visible, Eastgate’s Retail Merchandising Units are free-standing units that are located in areas of high footfall, providing an effective retail solution and the opportunity to target thousands of shoppers.
Retail Merchandising Units offer many benefits to traders including flexible short-term and long-term lease agreements, immediate recognition, and market positioning from being part of a high profile shopping centre serving a large catchment area, low start-up costs as units can be supplied, and direct interaction with passing shoppers.
Falcon Square
Falcon Square is ideally placed in the heart of Inverness. It is a busy area for commuters which encompasses a bus service, taxi stand and is just a short walk away from Inverness Train Station and Bus Station. Ideal for vehicle promotions and with three power points available, Falcon Square is Eastgate’s largest promotional space and sits adjacent to Filling Station, Highland Hospice, Pizza Express, Burger King, and Subway.

Eastgate offers advertising opportunities that allow your brand and message to be seen by over 160,000 weekly shoppers!
Eastgate attracts loyal and ‘local’ shoppers from as far afield as Elgin, Wick, and Stornoway, and also benefits from a large influx of tourists from both the UK and abroad. With approximately eight million customers visiting the Centre per year, Eastgate is home to over 60 stores, eateries, and services.
We have numerous advertising opportunities available to ensure your message is delivered to our customers at key points throughout their retail journey. These include A2/A4 poster points and lift door vinyl. We also offer the opportunity to occupy large wall graphics throughout the mall and in our car park lift lobbies.
