Falcon Gallery Car Park

Falcon Gallery car park is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, and can be accessed from Millburn Road (turn right adjacent to Morrisons). The height restriction for Falcon Gallery car park is 2m 15cm.

Electric Charging points are located on Level 2. There are:

4 – 25kW DC Charge Points
2 – 22kW AC Charge Points.

Charging costs 60 pence per kW + car park fee, and a contactless payment system is in place.

Eastgate Car Park

Eastgate car park is open Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Level 1 can be accessed from Millburn Road (turn left adjacent to Cinnamon Restaurant), and level 3 can be accessed from Crown Road (turn left off Millburn Road adjacent to M&S). The height restriction for Eastgate car park is 2m 15cm.

LAST VEHICLE ENTRY TO EASTGATE CAR PARK IS AT 6 PM.

Car Park FAQ's

How does the new parking system work? 

A: The new system uses number plate recognition. You no longer need a ticket – simply drive in, park, and pay before leaving using your vehicle registration.

Where do I pay for parking?

A: Payment stations are located at key lift lobbies. You can pay using a card/contactless.

Do I need to display anything in my car?

A: No. The system recognises your number plate when you enter and exit the car park.

Can I still pay with cash?

A: No – the new system is fully cashless. Please use card or contactless payment.

What happens if the system doesn’t recognise my number plate?

A: If your numberplate is not successfully read a ticket will be issued, This must be scanned and paid for at any payment station and then used to exit the car park.

Is the new system in all car parks?

A: The system is being installed in two phases. Eastgate car park will go live first (week of 15 July), followed by Falcon Gallery car park (week of 22 July).

Is there still a free parking period?

A: Yes, the 10-minute grace period for drop-offs and quick visits still applies.

How do I get a receipt? 

A: Receipts are issued at the payment stations when requested.

How do I get assistance if I need it? 

A: Press the help button at any of the pay stations or at the barrier.
