People who need support can just drop in without an appointment during our opening hours to talk over a cup of tea.
We also offer a range of therapy sessions continually co-developed and co-delivered by a team of support staff who all have lived experience. There’s no referral needed, and all our sessions are free. We aim to empower you to better manage and cope with life’s challenges, allowing you to achieve personal growth and a sense of purpose.
There’s no judgement and our college provides a welcoming environment for all.
