Healthcare professionals across the Highlands work tirelessly, often behind the scenes, to care for others in their moments of greatest need. From hospitals and GP practices to community services and care settings, these individuals demonstrate extraordinary commitment, kindness and strength every single day.

Reading the inspiring stories behind this year’s finalists has been truly humbling. Each nomination highlights not only professional excellence but also the compassion, empathy and dedication that make our local healthcare heroes so remarkable.
