The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and development built in. You will:

Take full ownership of shifts, including open and close

Support the day-to-day running of the business alongside senior management

Lead and motivate the team during high-volume service

Take responsibility for key management tasks including:

Stock ordering and delivery control

Wet stock management and line checks

Staff training, onboarding, and standards

Daily reporting and operational checks

Assist with rota management, payroll awareness, and cost control

Play an active role in maintaining and improving service standards and efficiency
