About the Job
As a Crew Team Lead, you’ll be part of the management team, playing a key role in the smooth and safe running of the store. You’ll support and develop the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive strong commercial performance. With your leadership and enthusiasm, you’ll help create an engaging, inspiring environment for both colleagues and customers.
Role Responsibilities
Always provide exceptional service utilising your knowledge to help our customers find the best products to suit them for in-store and multi-channel sales
Resolving all customer issues effectively at the store level in a timely and positive manner
Efficient and attentive service at the tills – processing POS and thanking customers
Building Loyalty and ‘Customers for Life’ through opt-in at the POS
Ability to delegate and demonstrate tasks to the team members, alongside the daily running of the store
Understand the commercial aspects of the retail business, eg, reading reports, analysing data and making decisions
Ensure the store is set to visual guidelines, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping and seasonal launches or sale set-ups
Safeguard the business through ensuring full compliance of policy, procedures, loss prevention and health & safety in the absence of management
Keeping up to date with company products, activity and promotions and implementing changes when required
Hours – 24hrs per week, Mostly 9-6 Wed -Fri with overtime to cover management absence.
ROP – £12.54
