The Role

As a Customer Host, you’ll report to the Shop Manager and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience – ensuring we are the best on the high street.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Deliver our A.C.E pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable

Drive shop KPIs and support sales growth

Promote multichannel shopping using mPOS and endless aisle ordering

Build customer loyalty through newsletter sign-ups and e-receipts

Support in-store events and customer evenings

Product & Visual Standards

Maintain high visual merchandising standards

Support floor moves, window displays and replenishment

Confidently explain product features, fits and fabrics

Shop Operations

Process deliveries and replenish stock

Support stocktakes and stock management

Fulfil Click + Collect and ship-from-store orders

Follow Health & Safety procedures

Actively contribute to team briefs

Doing Good Stuff

Support charity initiatives and community events

Promote ethical sourcing and sustainability commitments
