The Body Shop is looking for a Customer Consultant (4 Hours) to join the team at the Eastgate Centre, Inverness. About the Role

As a Customer Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, supporting the store team in delivering outstanding service while helping drive sales and store performance.

With more than 2,000 products across skincare, body care, haircare, makeup, and fragrance, you'll become a trusted expert who helps customers find products tailored to their individual needs and lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor

Building strong relationships with customers through meaningful conversations

Recommending products based on individual needs and preferences

Sharing knowledge about ingredients, ethical sourcing, and The Body Shop's values

Supporting store sales targets and daily operations

Upholding company policies, procedures, and brand standards

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and retail

Friendly, confident, and approachable

An excellent communicator and active listener

Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic about ethical and sustainable products

Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods

Previous customer service or retail experience is beneficial but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
