About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to become the second-in-command at Scran – a fast-paced, high-volume, fresh-food concept in the heart of the city centre.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead service, support the team, drive standards, and help grow the business through strong systems, local marketing, and events. This is a development role with a clear pathway to General Manager for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

Current Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up

Strong in a busy, high-volume environment

Organised, hands-on, and great with people

Interest in marketing, events, and community engagement to be a stand-out candidate

Ambition to progress into a GM role

Pay & Hours

£14.25 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Bonus structure

Option to agree a salary based on contracted hours and experience
