To celebrate the opening of Loch & Larder, the new food collective now open at Eastgate, Waterstones are delighted to welcome Chef Gary Maclean.

Scottish Kitchen, is one of the five food offers now trading and is the latest venture by MasterChef: The Professionals winner and Scotland’s first national chef.

Gary will sign copies of his Scottish Kitchen cookbook between 12pm and 1pm, and again between 2pm and 3pm on Thursday the 23rd of February.
