Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and uphold the store’s standards.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a warm, friendly atmosphere and personalised shopping experience for every customer.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, place orders, and ensure the store is well stocked with a range of high-quality products, from cards to gifts and accessories.
Visual Merchandising: Create beautiful displays that reflect the seasons and current trends, ensuring the shop looks appealing and welcoming at all times.
Sales Targets: Drive sales and work with the team to achieve set goals, offering guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
Store Operations: Manage daily store operations including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, ensure efficient stock rotation, and work to reduce stock loss.
