Looking for a fun and educational way to spend your Sunday? Our FREE Eastgate Nevis Club’s Science Sundays happen on the last Sunday of every month and are perfect for curious young minds! Tailored for children of all ages, our vibrant workshops blend science, creativity, and hands-on exploration to spark a love for discovery.

Let It Snow! Winter Wonders.

DIY Snow and Ice Activities. Kids will create artificial snow, explore melting ice with salt, and learn about the properties of water.

Lemon Volcano! Fizzy Fun.

Create a colourful, fizzing reaction by combining baking soda, vinegar, and fresh lemons. Kids will learn about chemical reactions and how acids and bases work together.

Rainbow Milk! Colourful Chemistry.

Explore the magic of surface tension by creating swirling rainbows in milk using dish soap and food colouring. Kids will be inspired as they watch vibrant colours dance across the surface of the milk.

Lava Lamp! Bubbling Energy.

Build a colourful, bubbling lava lamp with oil, water, food colouring, and Alka-Seltzer. Kids will discover how density and gas bubbles create mesmerizing motion.

Sessions are FREE, last approximately 30mins and operate on a first-come basis.
