The role
From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; just bear in mind that there may be some crossover depending on the day-to-day needs of the store:
Sales: As someone who loves to meet new people, you’ll confidently connect with our customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
Operations: As someone who works well in a busy environment with a focus on working accurately and quickly, you’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service.
