Providing great quality fashion, at affordable prices and in a sustainable way, the upgraded store features the following departments: full ladies, Divided, Men’s and childrenswear, and offers customers a very different interior look and feel to other H&M stores. There is a focus on creating a modern and relevant shopping experience.
When entering the store for the first time, customers will notice warm and welcoming interiors, with collections presented in a slightly lower volume to create a curated display. To ensure the store is providing the best customer experience, a Click & Collect service is also available.
Having recently renewed their lease at Eastgate Centre, H&M and the Landlords of Eastgate put forward a substantial investment to upgrade the store.
Eastgate Landlord Representative, Mark Hewett from Scoop Asset Management said, “the much-anticipated comprehensive re-fitting of H&M represents a tremendous boost for Eastgate and underlines the quality of the fashion line-up on offer at the Centre.”
“We are so excited to have reopened our store in Inverness this morning. It’s been amazing hearing the response from our customers. I’m really proud of our teams and look forward to continuing to welcome our customers in store!” Hannah Skinner, Area Manager – Scotland
Don't forget! To celebrate the reopening of the store, H&M are giving 20% off everything in-store for both new and existing Members – new customers can sign up to be a Member via the H&M app or online at hm.com. The offer is valid until Wednesday 26th August.
